Shipping and Delivery Information
Orders placed Mon – Fri before 2 PM EST normally ship same day and should arrive to you within 2-5 business days or less.
Note: We are sorry but we cannot accept orders to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
Nalimedical uses 3 delivery methods. Parcel carrier such as UPS, DHL or Federal Express, Over-sized Parcel Carrier and Freight Carrier. Third party accounts are not permitted.
For residential & business orders shipped by common carrier, normal delivery is to curbside or loading dock and not inside the home or business. For any special request such as in home delivery or set up the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges.
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are available at an additional charge. If this option is desired, you must contact us prior to purchasing any products. Orders received by 3:00 Eastern Time are usually shipped the same day.
International orders are welcome! We can ship your order via USPS or DHL International, but you must contact us prior to purchasing any products. Additional shipping fees may apply to all international orders. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays resulting from local customs clearance procedures that can take up to 6-8 weeks. This is beyond our control.
Nalimedical is not responsible for brokerage fees, import taxes or duties applied when the package enters the destination country. Customers should consult the customs legislation of their country. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the recipient. If orders are refused by customers at point of delivery or if there is a chargeback to Nalimedical for return shipping or duties, the customer is financially responsible for said duties and fees and it will be deducted from their credit.

Return an Item

In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents. Items not in their original condition are not returnable.
If you need to return an item for a refund:
With the exception of non-returnable items, all unopened products purchased at Nalimedical can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. A restocking fee of $8.95 will be assessed on all returns under $75. For returns above $75 a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.
Warranties
All products come with either a warranty from the device manufacturer. Specific warranty information is included in the product descriptions. Additional warranties may be purchased. Please contact us for additional warranties.
Defective Merchandise
In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective, discountcardiology.com will refund our customers for the full amount of their purchase or provide a replacement product at no additional charge.
Payment
Nalimedical accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover. If purchase orders are your preferred method of payment, please contact us for arrangements. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Information
All orders are processed upon receipt. It is only possible to cancel an order prior to shipping. All cancellations may be subject to a credit card processing fee and any additional associated fees.
Non-Returnable Items:
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.
Returns are not accepted for the following items: opened and/or assembled furniture, special order items, opened or used medical items or devices which can no longer be sent back to the manufacturer, , first aid items, vending machines, sheds, outdoor structures & outdoor structure accessories.
In addition:
First aid items, including first aid kits, first aid refills and other related first aid products are not returnable.
